Protect your family With a plan

A Personalized System To Organize Your Life, Protect Your Family,
And Turn Love Into Logistics.

Create your plan

When someone dies, even when it isn’t a surprise, families are still blindsided by what comes next — the flood of paperwork, decisions, and the endless questions no one thought to ask.

Suddenly you’re the one trying to find passwords, locate accounts, and make urgent decisions while people are grieving and everyone’s emotions are high.

You’re afraid of missing something important — and know that each mistake can cost big money, family peace and so much frustrating lost time.

You feel overwhelmed because there’s so much to do
and no clear map for what comes first

And underneath it all, there’s dread — because it’s a high-stakes job that has to be done and you don’t want to mess it up.

Maybe you've already had a glimpse of this — trying to track down a missing document for your parents, arguing with a sibling over what's best for Mom, or looking for the shed key no one can find.

It doesn't have to be that way.

What if, instead of leaving chaos, you could leave clear directions?

We will do it together, IN REAL TIME,

until it is DONE

let's get it handled - together

What might shift in your life right now if you sat with the truth that your time here is limited?

What would you say yes to?

What would you finally let go of?

That’s the real magic of the Treasure Map Process

It’s not about paperwork; it’s about turning love into logistics and “someday” into “done.”

We’ll make sure the people (and pets) you love most are cared for — and that you get to feel that deep, delicious peace that comes from knowing it’s handled.

Picture this: something unexpected happens, and instead of chaos, your family opens a map — your map. Every password, payment, and policy right where it belongs.

No frantic treasure hunt through files and inboxes. Just a steady calm that whispers, She thought of everything. We’re okay.

The treasure Map Process

is a complete, customized guide to the details of your life — built for you and the people who will need it when you’re gone.

Some clients want a physical binder they can hand to their spouse.
Some want a digital system with cloud backups.
Some want both.

Whatever format works for you, it'll include:

  • A "Read Me First" Guide — step-by-step instructions for the first 48 hours, the first week, and the months to come.

  • Every account, password, and login you'll need (banks, investments, insurance, retirement accounts, boat loans, subscriptions, utilities)

  • List of Professional Contacts — who they are and specifically how they help

  • Dependent Care Plans — who takes care of the kids, the dog, your mom

  • Your Final Wishes — ceremonies, cremation vs. burial, who gets what,
and what NOT to do (no Precious Moments figurines at the funeral, please)

This is not a generic template,
nor is it a workbook with blank spaces

It's your life, documented and organized, so the people you love can carry on without guessing.

Plus you’ll have identified what missing “team members” you need.  (Estate lawyer?  Financial planner?  Tree trimmer?)

how does it work

your people need more than a binder…

After my husband died, I had a binder full of information but no clear idea what to do first.

I called my estate lawyer, the palliative care team, my financial advisor, and my banker. I even asked ChatGPT what to do. The answers I got were maddeningly vague: “Settle all accounts.” “Notify creditors.” “Update beneficiaries.”

But in a foggy, grieving state, I was desperate for crystal-clear instructions for my situation.

Did “settle” mean cancel? Transfer? Set up new autopay from a different account? It meant all of those things, depending on the account.

This is what separates
the Treasure Map Process
from those $29 workbooks.

The Treasure Map is more than just a binder full of documents; this is a system set up for your life.

It’s a guided process where we work together, hands-on, account by account, to build a guide that’s specific to you and the person who’ll be following it.

Giving them exactly what they need when they need it.

“Allie’s Treasure Map gave me peace of mind and a plan I can trust.”
Bianca West

What I loved most about Treasure Map was the peace of mind it gave me. It’s a thoughtfully designed system that ensures every “t” is crossed and every “i” is dotted—and having Allie as the guide made all the difference. She’s incredibly empathetic, deeply organized, and knows exactly what steps need to happen. Working with her left me feeling profoundly grateful.

Treasure Map isn’t just about avoiding costly attorney’s fees or family conflicts (though it does that too!). It’s about preparing for the unexpected—because things like car accidents can happen to anyone, at any age.

Allie’s clear framework and supportive work sessions helped me take real action. Now, I have a solid plan in place, and I can rest easy knowing my animals, my home, and my loved ones will be cared for no matter what.

What actually happens in our sessions?

We get real. And super specific.

You’ll literally be logging into your bank accounts during our calls.
Pulling up credit card statements. Listing home service providers by name and with contact info.

I’ll ask you questions like:

  • “How are your credit cards titled — are you both authorized users or joint account holders?”

  • “Is your life insurance policy on autopay? From which account?”

  • “Write down the password to your laptop. No, a Post-it note doesn’t count.”

And we’ll work through the answers together — typing them up, organizing them, and making decisions you’ve been avoiding.

This is hands-on work. Not homework you'll put off. Not an 'I'll get to it later' kind of project.

We do it together, in real time, until it's done.

Lets Talk

THE MODULES

We’ll cover the four main areas of your life:

Family & Friends

At its core, this work is about protecting the people and pets you love.

You’ll have supported “hard conversations” now, so when the time comes, no one’s guessing. Decisions are clear, relationships are stronger, and your people know exactly what to do.

Home

When life goes sideways, the basics still matter — the mortgage, the power bill, the Wi-Fi. We’ll map every piece — utilities, accounts, repairs, belongings — so your family’s not in the dark.

You'll have a complete system, digital or physical, plus a “Read Me First” guide that clearly outlines what your family needs to do and in what order.

Money

Money is emotional. Especially when you’re untangling someone else’s accounts.

We’ll make it easier by documenting every bank, investment, retirement, and social security account, every mortgage, auto loan, credit card, safety deposit box, PayPal, Venmo, and wad of 20’s under the mattress.

End of Life

This is the work most people avoid. Hospital or home care? Medical interventions or “just keep me comfortable”? Formal service or ashes scattered on a trail? We’ll make those decisions, supported by anti-anxiety tools to keep you steady. ❤️

I OFFER THREE DIFFERENT WAYS TO CREATE YOUR PERSONAL TREASURE MAP,
CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR TIMELINE, BUDGET,
AND PERSONAL PREFERENCES

PRIVATE 1:1

Weekly sessions on Zoom where we go step-by-step.

We’ll create a clear plan, accountability, and hypnosis tools to make the process feel extra doable.

Concierge Level

A two-day white-glove intensive where I come to you.

We spread everything out, brew the coffee, and get it done.

Group

Four months inside a circle of smart, kind humans doing this work alongside you. You’ll get structure, encouragement, and ideas you wouldn’t have thought of alone — plus the satisfaction of finishing together.

Same curriculum. Same outcome. Different tempo.

Let's Dive In

What You’ll Walk Away With

A customized system built for your actual life and loved ones.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all template that assumes every family looks the same, with the same number of accounts and priorities. (Spoiler: they don’t.)

We’ll create a system that fits your real life. Maybe you love paper copies, but your husband lives in the cloud. Your sister, the power of attorney, is all the way up in Montana. And your kids are the beneficiaries, though one of them still hasn’t quite mastered how a checkbook works.

Every account, password, legal document, and plan will be captured and organized exactly the way you need it — digital, physical, or both. Your choice.

No hunting. No guessing. Just clarity.

What we’ll start with

A clear roadmap for your loved ones

A Read Me First guide that walks your loved ones through exactly what to do, in what order, when they need it most, so they won’t be paralyzed wondering where to start or what you would’ve wanted.

Clear documentation of your wishes — so there’s no guessing, no guilt, and no family drama.

No cousin Becky turning your “taco bar celebration of life” into a pricey, formal steak dinner.
No well-meaning relative turning your “simple graveside service” into an all-day affair.
What you want, written down, in your words.

The confidence of knowing you haven’t missed anything important, no hidden accounts, no forgotten policies, no “wait, we didn’t even know that existed” moments.

Freedom from the 3 a.m. mental “but what if…” list

You don’t have to carry that anymore.

It’ll be done. Finally.

And the best part? It’s easy to keep updated as your life changes.

When you get new insurance or open a new account, you’ll know exactly where it goes — not in the stack-of-mail graveyard on the corner of your desk.

No overwhelm. No mystery piles. Just everything in its place, exactly where it belongs.

This isn’t just organization. It’s love, turned into instructions.

“Allie made it so easy!”

Jim and Suzanne on their Treasure Map experience.

meet allie

allie-irwin-hypnotherapist-and-coach-of -the-treasure-map

Christmas 2023, I bought one of those "get your affairs in order" kits and told my kids it was part of their gifts.

I was going to organize our documents so they wouldn't have to — you know, someday, decades from now, when something eventually happened to us.

Which, obviously, wasn't anytime soon.

I opened it. Filled out maybe two pages. Then it sat on my office floor, gathering dust like Kansas in the '30s.

  • March 2024: My father-in-law died.

  • April 2024: My mom died.

  • May 2024: My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

Now, I was motivated.

We worked with a lawyer. We hired a financial advisor.

But there were still so many details no one was helping us capture, the kind that don't live in a will or a spreadsheet but absolutely wreck you if they're missing when someone dies.

Things like:

  • Who to call first if something happened (Brothers then Julie or Jim — our neighborhood besties)

  • Which subscriptions needed canceling (nice bonus: we saved money right there)

  • Every account, investment, income source, and credit card (and yes, we closed a few)

  • Where the car title was. What the Wi-Fi password was. Who had a key to the house.

When he died, there was a strange, heavy quiet.
Relief that he wasn’t suffering anymore, Sadness. Numbness

But I wasn't confused.

And that clarity — that small pocket of peace in the middle of chaos — is what inspired the Treasure Map Process.

Then life did what life does

I'm a Certified Professional Coach, a trained hypnotist, and someone who's been exactly where you are: knowing this work matters but not knowing where to start. Feeling overwhelmed by the sheer scope of it. Putting it off because it feels too big, too sad, too final.

I get it. I lived it.

I created the Treasure Map Process because you deserve better than a binder that sits on your floor judging you.

You deserve guidance, structure, and someone who understands what it's like to do this work while life is still happening.

Allie-looking-relaxed-by-a-river-in-the-sunshine

You don't have to wait for a crisis to feel that kind of peace.

Three Ways to Work With Me

Same Result. Three ways to make it happen.

Whatever option you choose, I’m all in with you — sleeves rolled up and on your team.

Book your complimentary call with me to explore which works best for you

  • I come to you. We get it DONE in two days.

Format: Two full days (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) We'll have a pre-visit call to map the big picture details, followed by two focused days of me on-site with you.

This might be for you if:

    • Privacy is non-negotiable. Some conversations are just better one-on-one — the messy family dynamics, the "who actually gets the dog" question, the things that feel too personal to unpack on a group call.

    • You're action-oriented and decisive. Once you decide to do something, you want it done. The idea of dragging this out over months makes you twitchy. You'd rather block two days and be finished.

    • You can actually clear two full days, back-to-back. From 9 to 5, it's just you, me, and this work — no inbox, no carpool (though we may break for dance parties). Two days where you're all in. Present. Focused. Supported. The kind of space where things finally get finished instead of postponed.

    • You thrive with structure, momentum, and focus. You like someone else holding the container and keeping you moving forward.

    Investment:  $10,000 + travel
(Exact pricing depends on your location and specific needs — we'll figure that out together on our call.)

  • For people who want personalized support, privacy, and time to savor the process.

Format: 10–14 Zoom calls (55 minutes each)

This might be for you if:

    • Privacy is non-negotiable. You prefer to handle sensitive topics — family relationships, health wishes, personal decisions — in a private setting where you can speak freely and think clearly.

    • You enjoy a slower pace. You want time between sessions to gather documents, have conversations, and let things settle. This isn't a race — it's getting to know your own life in a deeper way.

    • You prefer answers specific to your situation and don't enjoy group programs.

You need scheduling flexibility. We can meet once or twice a week, or block a two-hour weekend session. We'll build a calendar that works with your life.

    Investment: $5,000

  • For those who want community, accountability, and a little collective magic.

Next cohort starts: January 12, 2026
Format: Four months of guided group coaching + live working sessions

    This is for you if:

    • You thrive in community. You like learning alongside others — especially when everyone's rooting for you to finish.

    • You want structure and like groups. Each week you'll get a simple guide to that week's focus, plus a live group call/working session where you can ask questions, share wins, and get unstuck in real time.

    • You can commit to the timeline. Four months. Starts January 12, 2026. Show up, do the work, and finish together.

    • You like a mix of guidance and independence. There's structure and support — but also room to make this process your own. You can add optional 1:1 calls anytime you need extra help.

    Investment: $2,500

If You Don’t Want to Do This...

That’s okay.

Most people don’t.

Honestly? That’s exactly why I made this program.

I bought one of those “get your affairs in order” binders (twice). And even after my husband got sick — even as a coach, a hypnotist, a loving wife and mom who knew what was coming — I didn’t fill it out until we were in the cardiac ICU.

This is why I’m on a mission to help you.

I’ll help you make it doable, comfortable, and — I swear — surprisingly empowering.

When we do this work together, it doesn’t feel heavy.

It feels like the loving gift that it is.

But If You Don’t Do This...

Every single one of these tasks will land in your loved ones’ laps.

They’ll be digging through files, trying to find passwords and insurance policies while they’re still in shock.

They’ll pay for things you’ve already handled — or worse, fight over “what you would’ve wanted” with lawyer fees attached.

This work includes your beloved pets, too.

Who’s feeding your cat, Max, if something happens to you?

This is your chance to spare them that unnecessary pain and confusion.

And let’s be real, if your estate has any of the four mistakes mine did, you’ll leave so much money on the table if you don’t choose this planning:

  • missing bank account

  • a reclaimed Social Security payment

  • a life insurance policy not on autopay

  • and/or unclaimed rewards points

In my experience, each of the above was worth more than the cost of the Treasure Map Group Coaching program. I only caught those mistakes because I’d done the Treasure Map Process myself.

Imagine Knowing Your Loved Ones Are Covered So You Can Go Live Your Life In Peace …

When you finish your Treasure Map, you’ll have:

A “Read Me First” Guide.
Clear, loving instructions for your people in those foggy first days.
No guessing. No frantic searching. No expensive mistakes.
Just calm direction — from you.

A Complete Picture of Your Life.
Every account, every password, every detail organized and documented.
You’ll finally know what you have and where it is.
(Spoiler: it feels like freedom.)

Deep Peace.
Because the people — and pets — you love most will be taken care of.
Not just financially, but logistically.
You’ve thought of everything, so they don’t have to try to do so while grieving.

The Freedom to Live More Intentionally, Right Now.
When you get clear on what matters, everything shifts — how you spend your time, your money, your energy.
This isn’t just protection for them. It’s peace for you. It’s a gift you get to give ahead of time.

And honestly?
Current-you is doing the most loving thing possible
for future-them.

a-family-enjoying-time-together-knowing-their-documents-are-all-in-place

Sure, you could buy a “get your affairs in order” binder on Amazon for $29.

And if that actually gets the job done for you? Amazing. (Truly.)

But here’s the truth: every single person I know who bought one because of our story didn’t fill out more than five pages.

What actually helped them was doing the work — with me.

Having someone walk them through it, step by step. Lovingly. Without overwhelm. Without shame. With a little gallows humor when it’s needed most.

If you think you might die one day (and statistically speaking… you will 😉), let’s make sure you’ve prepared for your loved ones to have the least stressful experience possible.   We’ll look at your specific situation and figure out which option fits you best.

lets make love and logistics happen

Got Questions?

Good. You should.

This work touches on money, family, and mortality — basically the holy trinity of "things we'd rather not talk about."

So let's talk about them.

woman-with-a-finger-on-her-cheek-thinking-hard-about-the treasure-map
  • With their consent, absolutely.

  • Great! Your estate plan sets the legal boundaries of what happens to your assets.
Treasure Map is the practical companion to that plan that creates directions for every detail outside of the estate plan.

I've talked with so many families who think they have it all covered — until one spouse dies and the other can't find last year's taxes.

Your attorney builds the legal framework.
This is how your family actually finds it and uses it when they need it most.

  •  Short answer: yes.

    "Simple" doesn't mean obvious.

Does a trusted person know your laptop password?
Who has access to your accounts so they can keep the lights on?
Who makes medical decisions if you can't?
    Who gets Grandma's ring?

Even simple estates have dozens of hidden decisions.
And your people can't guess what they don't know.

  • If you've got multiple properties, business interests, trusts, or international accounts, you may need a little extra time or professional support (estate attorney, tax advisor, CFP).
We'll talk through all of that on your consultation call and make sure you have the right team in place.

The Treasure Map process adapts to your life — whether it's one bank account or ten LLCs.

  • You can absolutely start on your own — but I'd love for them to join you.

Because resistance usually isn't about logistics; it's about feelings.
Fear. Denial. Different priorities. Different ways of processing.

We'll talk about it — not confrontationally, but with compassion and curiosity.

The goal isn't just a binder. It's understanding.
A shared plan you both trust — one that doesn't rely on nagging or avoida

  • You bet. That's why the Concierge Level (in person) and Private Coaching (virtually) options exist.

When my husband and I got serious about this, we did 85% in a month.
If you're ready to move fast, I'm right there with you.

  • Maybe. They’ll be suffering a great loss, grieving and may waste untold amounts of money and time muddling through and piecing together the assets and plans that you thought they already knew about.

In the words of Swedish Death Cleaning maven Margareta Magnusson:

"Do not imagine that anyone will wish to take care of what you didn't bother to take care of yourself."

Your smart, capable kids deserve better than a scavenger hunt during the hardest weeks of their lives.

  •  Great question and a very important one.

You always control what’s shared and how it’s stored.

We’ll set up a secure digital or physical system (your choice), and I’ll guide you on best practices for protecting sensitive information.

  • Oh, you'll finish.

    I'm bossy — and I care.
That's the whole point of doing this with me.

It's not another binder that ends up half-done.
It's a process with accountability, humor, and heart.

And if we hit something thorny that needs extra time?
I’ve got Coaching tools for that. We'll figure it out. Together.

  • It depends on your starting point, but we'll map that out during your consultation call click HERE to schedule now.

If you join the group program, plan for about an hour a week outside the calls — sometimes more, sometimes less.
(And yes, I'll help you make it fit into your actual life.)

  • Perfect. That's literally what the first call is for.
You don't have to have it figured out — you just have to start.
